摘要
针对卫星测控调度问题,系统地梳理了其发展历程,并提出了各个阶段的主要特点;从模型、约束、算法3个主要技术方面分析了该问题研究的难点和需求发展,对智能算法在该领域的应用现状进行了总结;结合航天工程领域的新发展,对未来一段时期内卫星测控调度问题可能的发展趋势进行了预测,认为巨型星座测控和空间在轨服务等新变化带来的大规模星座协同调度和强约束问题是未来必须要解决的新挑战。
The development of satellite TT&C scheduling is analyzed systematically.The development stages and the main characteristics of each stage are summarized;then the research difficulties and demand evolution of this issue are analyzed from three technical aspects,i.e.model,constraint and algorithm,especially focusing on the application status of intelligent algorithm in this field.Finally,the new challenges and opportunities that may be faced by satellite TT&C scheduling in the future are proposed in combination with the new advancements of aerospace engineering.It is considered that the issues of large-scale constellation cooperative scheduling and strong constraints brought by new changes such as megaconstellation TT&C and space on-orbit service must be solved in the future.
