新医科背景下医学本科生参与科研情况的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Medical Undergraduates′Participation in Scientific Research under the Background of New Medical Science

在建设中国特色世界一流大学和一流学科的背景下,如何培养一流科研人才成为医学高校急需解决的关键问题。研究随机抽取安徽医科大学大一至大五共214名本科生借用问卷星小程序对医学生的科研参与意愿、参与科研情况及影响因素等方面进行在线调查,共发放214份问卷,获得有效问卷211份。结果表明:医学生对早期接触科研的兴趣较高,但科研参与度不高,自身科研意识不够,科研活动机会和指导老师缺乏。结论:学校应为学生提供优秀的指导老师,采取多种激励措施为医学本科生创造科研条件,提升对医学本科生科研素养的培养能力。

Under the background of building first-class universities and first-class disciplines with Chinese characteristics,how to cultivate first-class scientific research talents has become an urgent problem for medical universities.A total of 214 undergraduates from freshman to the fifth year of Anhui Medical University were randomly selected to use the questionnaire star applet to conduct an online survey on medical students′willingness to participate in scientific research,participation in scientific research,and influencing factors,a total of 214 questionnaires were distributed and 211 valid questionnaires were obtained.The results show that medical students have a high interest in early access to scientific research,but their participation in scientific research is not high,their scientific research awareness is not enough,and there is a lack of opportunities for scientific research activities and instructors.Conclusion:the university should provide excellent instructors for students,take a variety of incentive measures to create scientific research conditions for medical undergraduates,and improve the ability to cultivate medical undergraduates′scientific research literacy.
