面向科研生命周期的高校图书馆开放科学服务研究

Study on the Open Science Service of University Libraries Oriented to the Life Cycle of Scientific Research

开放科学改变了传统科研范式。高校图书馆被视为重要的开放科学利益相关机构,开放科学的不断发展为其服务工作带来了机遇与挑战。在此背景下,探讨高校图书馆面向科研生命周期的开放科学服务问题具有重要意义。本文对开放科学内容要素与科研生命周期阶段分别进行了总结与归纳,探讨了二者的耦合性;对高校图书馆提供面向科研生命周期的开放科学服务必要性进行了阐述;针对科研生命周期的不同阶段提出了高校图书馆相应的开放科学服务策略。本文认为,开放科学的内容元素主要涉及资源、工具、评价、政策、方法、合作、参与、交流、教育等。高校图书馆开放科学服务应该有的放矢,结合已有的学术服务经验与优势,在科研启动期、准备期、设计期、实施期、成果发表期等不同阶段,嵌入相应的开放科学内容要素。

Open science has changed the traditional scientific research paradigm. University library is regarded as an important open science stakeholder organization. The continuous development of open science has brought opportunities and challenges to its service work. Under this background, it is of great significance to explore the open science services of university library facing the scientific research life cycle. This paper summarizes the content elements of open science and the stage of scientific research life cycle, and discusses the coupling between them;It expounds the necessity of providing open science services facing the life cycle of scientific research;According to the different stages of the scientific research life cycle, this paper puts forward the corresponding open science services strategies of university library. This paper holds that the content elements of open science mainly involve resources, tools, evaluation, policies, methods, cooperation, participation, exchange, education and so on;The open science services of university library should be targeted. Combined with the existing academic service experience and advantages, the corresponding elements of open science content should be embedded in different stages, such as the start-up period of scientific research, the preparation period, the design period, the implementation period, the publication period of achievements.
