摘要
本文运用网络调查法和文献调研法,对疫情期间我国20所高校医学图书馆的健康信息服务平台、服务资源、服务方式以及健康信息素养培训等情况进行调研,发现高校医学图书馆健康信息服务呈现专业性、权威性、及时性、多样性等特点,但也存在健康信息服务职责定位不明确、健康信息资源深度挖掘和整合不够等问题,并提出了几点合理化建议。
This paper uses network and literature survey methods to study the health information service platform, service resources, service methods and health information literacy training of 20 university medical libraries during the COVID-19, and finds that the health information service is characterized by professionalism, authority, timeliness and diversity. But there are also some problems, such as unclear positioning of health information service responsibilities, insufficient in-depth excavation and integration of health information resources. And it puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
