数字孪生是近年来发展迅速且适用有效的新兴技术,能够通过数字方式再现物理实体进而提升安全系数与管理效率。当前数字孪生面临主导方角色替代、技术标准体系缺失、虚拟模式真实度不足、数据安全保障度偏低、应用危机多元、监管难度偏大等风险,究其原因主要在于新兴技术发展的复合效应、数据的经济性、主体间的信息不对称与法律体系的缺憾。因而,我国应明确数字孪生的辅助角色,构建技术标准体系,提升虚拟模式真实度,提高数据安全保障度,积极化解应用危机并强化监管机制,从而推动新兴技术的健康、有序、高效应用。

Digital Twin is an emerging technology that develops rapidly and is applicable effectively in recent years.It can reproduce physical entities digitally to improve security factor and management efficiency.At present,Digital Twin still faces risks such as the replacement of the dominant role,the lack of technical standard systems,the lack of authenticity of the virtual model,the low degree of data security,the diversity of application crises,and the difficulty of supervision.The reasons lie in the compound effect of the development of emerging technologies,the economy of data,the information asymmetry between subjects and the shortcomings of the legal system.Therefore,we need clarifying the auxiliary role of Digital Twin,building a technical standard system,improving the authenticity of virtual models,improving data security,actively resolving application crises and strengthening supervision mechanisms.Only in this way,can we promote the healthy and orderly application of emerging technologies.
