环巢湖地区乡村人居环境村民满意度评价及提升策略

Evaluation of Villagers’Satisfaction with Rural Human Settlements around Chaohu Lake and the Strategies for Improvement

对环巢湖地区乡村人居环境村民满意度进行综合评价,根据得分结果构建评价等级区间。结果表明:环巢湖地区乡村人居环境满意度一般;村民满意度关键制约因素主要为建筑面积、建筑结构、住房年代、养殖环境与粪便处理、给排水设施、公厕数量与质量、子女上学、人均收入和购物方便程度等指标。建议通过以下策略提升环巢湖地区乡村人居环境村民满意度:发展特色产业,提升乡村生产环境;改善居住条件,提升乡村生活环境;推进乡村人居环境整治行动,提升乡村人居环境;加强村庄治理宣传,提高村民参与性。

Based on a comprehensive evaluation of the villagers’satisfaction with rural human settlements around Chaohu Lake,this study has constructed an evaluation grade interval according to the scores of the evaluation.The results show that the degree of satisfaction with rural human settlements around Chaohu Lake is moderate.The main constraints on villagers’satisfaction include building area,building structure,housing age,breeding environment and excrement treatment,water supply and drainage facilities,quantity and quality of public toilets,children’s schooling,per capita income and shopping convenience,etc.According to the study,it is proposed to develop characteristic industry,improve rural production environment,housing conditions,and rural living environment,strengthen the regulation of rural human settlements,enhance village management publicity,and promote the participation of villagers,so as to improve villagers’satisfaction with the rural human settlements around Chaohu Lake.
