With the technological innovation and cultural prosperity, music education in colleges and universities in China is experiencing a related ecological turn. The traditional educational paradigm of technological intelligence and power has been deconstructed and reorganized, reshaping the scene structure of music education and affecting an irresistible ecological evolution of music education system. In the context of intelligence, the ecological turn of music education in colleges and universities is the phenomenon of the interaction and game between art education and science and technology culture, the transpose of technical coordinates and the shifting of cultural center. To face up to the modernproblems faced by tradition and construct a new artistic education and cultural cognition is the mission given to artists at present.
