中俄合作办学模式对高校俄语人才培养和专业建设既是机遇,更是挑战。我们应积极把握发展契机,更新教育观念、服务国家和社会需要,深入探索契合市场需求的人才培养创新机制,以合作办学项目为抓手,在培养模式、课程教学、评价体系、师资建设、学生激励、校企合作等方面进行改革,为国家培养具有国际化视野和跨文化交际能力的高素质复合应用型俄语人才,摸索出具有俄语专业发展之路,更高效、更优质的人才培养模式,解决人才培养过程中的供需不平衡问题。

China-Russia Joint Education is not only the opportunity but also the challenge for the Russian talent cultivating and major constructing. We should make use of this opportunity to update teaching ideas, serve our country and satisfy the need of our society, and explore deeply the innovative mechanism of cultivating the talents which can meet the need of the market. Reform the cultivating pattern, curricula teaching, evaluation system, teacher construction, student motivation and cooperation between college and entrepreneur on the basis of joint education to foster the high quality comprehensive Russian talents with international horizon and intercultural communication ability, to search the ways for the Russia major development and better and more efficient talent cultivating pattern, and ultimately solving the imbalance problem in the process of talent cultivation.
