基于修正双梁理论的邮轮应力分布特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 现代大型邮轮上层建筑受长度、宽度等因素的影响,不能完全有效地参与船体梁总纵强度,船体横剖面应力不满足平截面假定,传统梁理论无法正确评估邮轮在总纵弯曲下沿高度方向的纵向应力分布。本文在双梁理论的基础上,探讨邮轮主甲板处水平剪切力导致的剪切变形,分析剪切变形对邮轮上层建筑应力分布的影响提出基于修正双梁理论的邮轮纵向应力计算方法。以一艘典型内河邮轮为研究对象,采用简单梁理论、传统双梁理论及本文提出的双梁理论修正方法计算邮轮纵向应力,并与有限元法计算结果进行对比,分析邮轮纵向应力沿高度分布特性,为邮轮上层建筑强度设计提供理论依据。 Due to the influence of the length,width and other factors,the superstructure of a modern cruise ship cannot fully participate in the longitudinal strength of the hull girder.The transverse section stress of the hull does not conform to the plane section assumption.Therefore,it is impossible to correctly evaluate the lon⁃gitudinal stress distribution along the height under longitudinal bending based on the traditional beam theory.So in this paper,based on the two-beam theory,the shear deformation caused by the horizontal shear force at the cruise ship’s main deck was discussed,the impact of shear deformation on the cruise ship’s superstruc⁃ture was analyzed,and a method for calculating the longitudinal stress of the cruise ship was proposed based on the modified two-beam theory.In the present paper,an inland river cruise ship with four layered super⁃structure was considered as the research object.The longitudinal stress of the cruise ship was calculated by the simple beam theory,the traditional two-beam theory and the modified method of the two-beam theory proposed in this paper.The results were compared with those calculated by the finite element method,and the longitudinal stress distribution characteristics along the height of the cruise ship were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the strength design of cruise superstructures.
