摘要
随着经济社会的转型发展,经济结构从需求侧向供给侧方向转变,人才的需求也从以学历为主转变为以职业素养为主。在现代社会中,不仅需要技术型人才,更需要技术型人才的综合素质过关。根据社会的需求,在当代学校学生职业素养培养的过程中,应该引入工匠精神,从而培养学生的职业精神,提升学生的职业自信以及自我认同感,使得学生在激烈的社会竞争中更具优势。基于工匠精神培养下的现代职业教育,会更加关注学生的能力塑造以及精神内核的构建,这与当前社会发展的根本需求相符。因此,在现代职业教育中,要有机融入工匠精神,加强学生职业素养塑造,敦促其成为满足社会发展需求的全面复合型人才。基于此,主要从现代职业教育出发,对学生职业素养培育中该如何深度融合工匠精神作出了讨论和分析,期望能够为同行提供建议和参考。
With the transformation and development of economy and society, the economic structure changes from the demand side to the supply side. Therefore, the demand for talents has changed from academic qualifications to professional qualities. In modern society, we need not only technical talents, but also those with high comprehensive qualities. According to the needs of society, in the process of cultivating the professional quality of contemporary students, we should introduce the spirit of craftsman, so as to cultivate students’ professional spirit, improve students’ professional self-confidence and self-identity, so that students have more advantages in the fierce social competition. Modern vocational education based on the cultivation of craftsman spirit attaches more importance to the shaping of students’ abilities and the construction of spiritual core, which is consistent with the fundamental needs of current social development. Therefore, modern vocational education should be organically integrated with the spirit of craftsman, strengthen the shaping of students’ professional quality, and urge them to become comprehensive and compound talents to meet the needs of social development. On this basis, this paper mainly discusses and analyzes how to deeply integrate the craftsman spirit into the cultivation of students’ professional quality from the perspective of modern vocational education, hoping to provide advice and reference for peers.
