摘要
近年来,随着国家对高等职业教育发展的高度重视和大力推动,本科层次职业院校应运而生。其特有的职业类型导向和应用技术技能型的人才培养定位,对当前本科层次职业院校外籍教师的聘用与管理提出了新的要求。以山西省某校为例,分析了当前本科层次职业院校外籍教师聘用与管理工作面临的问题,提出“积极拓展招聘渠道,加强政府参与支持”“规范聘用流程,多部门综合参与,提高聘用效率”“增强人文情感关怀,强化规章制度约束”等管理对策。
In recent years, as the Chinese government attached great importance to and vigorously promote the development of higher vocational education, higher vocational schools at the undergraduate level have emerged. Its unique features of vocation-orientation and application-oriented talent training put forward new requirements for the employment and management of foreign teachers in undergraduate vocational schools. Taking a school in Shanxi Province as an example, the article analyzes the current problems faced by the current undergraduate-level vocational schools in the employment and management of foreign teachers, and then proposes the following appropriate management countermeasures: actively expanding recruitment channels, strengthening government participation and support, standardizing the employment process, improving employment efficiency through comprehensive participation of multi-departments, enhancing humanistic and emotional care and strengthening the system restraint.
