不同种质黄精红外指纹图谱的分析 被引量:2

摘要 快速、高效鉴定不同种质的黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum Delar.ex Redoute),并进行相似系数评价,可为其质量控制提供参考.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪采集16批黄精块茎烘干后粉末的红外光谱,原始光谱经过多点基线校正、平滑、坐标归一化,得到处理后的光谱图与数据;进一步采用平均值法建立指纹图谱的共有模式;最后以指纹图谱共有模式为对照,采用相似度分析、聚类分析和主成分分析比较不同种质黄精的差异.结果显示:16批黄精药材的主要特征峰分别为3373.53、2913.26、1735.34、1638.32、1420.54、1130.43、1126.03、930.37 cm^(-1),采用系统聚类和主成分分析均能将不同种质黄精区分.该方法具有良好的精密度、重复性、稳定性,可用于不同种质黄精药材的快速鉴定. In order to quickly and efficiently identify Polygonatum sibiricum Delar.ex Redoute of different germplasm,evaluate the similarity coefficient,and provide reference for its quality control.In this experiment,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to collect the infrared spectra of 16 batches of dried Polygonatum sibiricum tubers.The original spectra were processed by multi-point baseline correction,smoothing and coordinate normalization to obtain the processed spectrograms and data;Further,the average method is used to establish the common mode of fingerprint;Finally,taking the common pattern of fingerprints as the control,the differences of different germplasm Polygonatum sibiricum were compared by similarity analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the main characteristic peaks of 16 batches of Polygonatum sibiricum were 3373.53,2913.26,1735.34,1638.32,1420.54,1130.43,1126.03 and 930.37 cm^(-1) respectively.Different germplasm Polygonatum sibiricum could be distinguished by systematic clustering and principal component analysis.The method has good precision,repeatability and stability,and can be used for rapid identification of different germplasm Polygonatum sibiricum.
