中国食品安全研究热点挖掘与前沿探析

A Data Mining into the Research Hotspots and Frontiers of Food Safety in China

采用文献计量方法,以CNKI核心数据库为平台,对1999-2021年有关食品安全的2 146篇文献进行可视化分析,探索相关研究的演变规律.研究发现:中国食品安全研究文献数量总体呈现上升趋势;作者、机构合作初具规模,但整体合作不强.结合高频关键词聚类分析发现,研究热点集中在“食品安全检测”“食品供应链管理与食品可追溯体系研究”“食品安全监管与法律研究”“食品安全信息透明与规制”“食品安全治理”和“食品安全风险评价研究”6个领域.采用战略坐标图对研究前沿探析发现,“多元主体参与食品安全监管的全方位优化研究”“食品安全与数据科学交叉融合的研究”将成为未来研究重点和核心内容.

Using bibliometric method and CNKI core database as the platform, this paper conducts a visual analysis of 2 146 articles on food safety from 1999 to 2021 and explores the evolution rules of related studies.The results showed that: the number of Chinese food safety research papers is generally on the rise;the cooperation between authors and institutions has been formed, but the overall cooperation is not strong.Clustering analysis of high frequency keywords found that current research focus on ″food safety testing″,″food supply chain management and food traceability system research″,″food safety regulation and relevant legal research″,″food safety information transparency and regulation″,″food safety management″ and ″food safety risk assessment research″ six areas.The strategic coordinate map is used to analyze the research frontier, and it is found that ″multiple subjects participate in the study of food safety supervision″ and ″the cross integration of food safety and data science″ will become the focus and core content of future research.
