摘要 通过熔融混合制备TPR热熔压敏胶,重点考察同苯乙烯含量SIS的不同二嵌段对热熔压敏胶的的基础性能、力学性能和流变性能的影响。采用单因素实验法探讨同苯乙烯含量SIS的不同二嵌段含量对热熔压敏胶的粘度、软化点、环形初粘力、剥离强度、持粘时间,进一步结合流变曲线进行分析。随着SIS二嵌段含量的增加,热熔压敏胶的粘度一直降低,软化点先升高再降低,后升高再降低;热熔压敏胶的环形初粘一直增加,180°剥离强度先增大后减小,持粘时间逐渐降低;随二嵌段含量增加,热熔压敏胶的Tm先升高再降低,后升高再降低,40℃弹性模量逐渐减小。 TPR hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive was prepared by melt mixing,focusing on the effects of different di-blocks with the same styrene content SIS on the basic properties,mechanical properties and rheological properties of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.The single factor experiment method was used to explore the effects of different di-block content of the same styrene content SIS on the viscosity,softening point,annular initial adhesion,peel strength,holding time,glass transition temperature and rheological properties of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives.With the increase of SIS di-block content,the viscosity of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive keeps decreasing,the softening point first increases and then decreases,then increases and then decreases;the ring initial tack of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive keeps increasing,and the 180°peel strength First increase and then decrease,the stick time gradually decreases;the Tm of the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive first increases and then decreases with the increase of the di-block content,and then increases and then decreases.The storage modulus at 40°C increases with the increase of the di-block and reduce.
