摘要
主要研究了工业生产过程中,乙烷含量对乙烯环氧化性能的影响。结果表明:在装置负荷基本稳定条件下,当循环气内乙烷含量短时间波动时,银催化剂氯平衡被打破,反应活性、选择性和反应器出口环氧乙烷(EO)浓度均受到影响。同时,循环气内氯组成会发生变化。其中,氯乙烷、总氯的含量和CC因子变化趋势与乙烷含量波动趋势基本保持一致,但是CC因子变化程度小于总氯。
The effects of ethane content on epoxidation of ethylene was investigated during industrial production.The results show that when the ethane content in the circulating gas fluctuates for a short time,the chlorine balance of silver catalyst is broken,and the reaction activity,selectivity and ethylene oxide(EO)concentration at the outlet of the reactor are affected under the substantial stability of the device load.Meanwhile,the composition of chlorine in the circulating gas will change.Among them,the content of chloroethane,total chlorine and CC factor is substantially consistent with the ethane content fluctuation trend,but the variation of CC factor is less than total chlorine.
