摘要
以SIS(聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物)接枝了PEG(聚乙二醇)为原料,以环烷油为增塑剂,氢化石油树脂为增粘剂,辅以抗氧化剂,最后混合SAP(高吸水性树脂)加热混合配制得到一种医用热熔胶,研究了不同比例接枝产物、不同比例的SAP加入比例对医用热熔胶性能的影响。对涂布后胶带的初粘力和剥离强度以及耐汗性能进行测试。结果表明,当接枝产物比例为45份,环烷油12份,抗氧剂1份,氢化石油树脂38份,SAP 5份,最后得到的耐汗医用热熔胶具有良好的初粘力、持粘力及剥离强度,且耐汗效果比市场同类普通医用热熔胶更好。
SIS(polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene triblock copolymer)was grafted with PEG(polyethylene glycol)as raw material,naphthenic oil as plasticizer,hydrogenated petroleum resin as viscosifier,supplemented by antioxidant,and finally mixed with SAP(superabsorbent resin)to prepare a kind of medical hot melt adhesive.The effects of different proportion of graft products and SAP on the properties of medical hot melt adhesive were studied.The initial adhesion,peeling strength and sweat resistance of the coated tape were tested.The results showed that when the ratio of grafted products was 45 parts,naphthenic oil 12 parts,antioxidant 1 part,hydrogenated petroleum resin 38 parts,SAP 5 parts,the medical hot melt adhesive had good initial adhesion,adhesion and peel strength,and the sweat resistance was better than the common medical adhesive in the market.
