摘要
聚乳酸全称Polyactide,简称PLA,是α-羟基丙酸缩合的产物。它是人工合成且具有独特的生物可降解特性,属于热塑性脂肪族聚酯。由于其良好的机械性能及物理性能、热稳定性、抗溶剂性和生物相容性,被广泛应用于食品包装、快餐饭盒、医疗卫生、3D打印等领域。本文主要介绍了生物可降解聚乳酸的制备和聚乳酸在医疗、包装等领域的应用。
The full name of polylactic acid,PLA for short,isα-product of condensation of hydroxypropionic acid.It is synthetic and has unique biodegradability,which belongs to thermoplastic aliphatic polyester.Due to its good physical and mechanical performances,thermal stability,solvent resistance and biocompatibility,it is widely used in food packaging,fast food lunch boxes,medical and health care,3D printing and other fields.This paper mainly introduces the preparation of biodegradable polylactic acid and its application in medical treatment,packaging and other fields.
