摘要
针对中国目前氢能源短缺以及碳排放问题,同时考虑丰富的废弃轮胎资源,本工作提出利用废弃轮胎,基于气化技术将其转化为合成气并进一步生产氢气的工艺。基于全流程模拟结果,以能量效率、设备投资、总投资和生产成本等为指标,对废弃轮胎气化制氢工艺的技术经济进行综合分析和评估。结果表明,废弃轮胎气化制氢工艺的能量效率为36.6%,总投资成本为2.50×10^(8)元,单位氢气生产成本为1.03×10^(4)元/t氢气。基于气化技术将废弃轮胎转化为氢气的工艺具有较大的经济利用效益,工艺技术符合绿色和可持续发展方向。
In view of the current shortage of hydrogen energy and carbon emissions in China,and considering the abundant waste tire resources,this work proposes a process to convert end-of-life tires into syngas based on gasification technology and further produce hydrogen.Based on the whole process simulation results,with energy efficiency,equipment investment,total investment and production cost as indicators,the techno-economic analysis of hydrogen production from end-of-life tires by gasification is carried out to determine the feasibility of large-scale application.The results show that the energy efficiency of hydrogen production from end-of-life tires by gasification is 36.6%,the total investment cost is 2.50×10^(8)CNY,and the production cost is 1.03×10^(4)CNY/t H.The process of converting end-of-life tires into hydrogen based on gasification technology has great economic benefits and conforms to the theme of green and sustainable development.It can also provide theoretical guidance for improving energy conversion efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of existing resources.
