摘要
以移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)构建硝化反应器,培养耐高氨氮的硝化菌处理煤制气废水经一级生化的出水,该出水具有高氨氮的特点。试验探究了该硝化反应器的硝化容积负荷(N)、pH、进水初始氨氮浓度(C)等重要运行参数对系统氨氮去除效果的影响。结果表明:该反应器的最适硝化容积负荷约为2.78 mgNH_(-)^(+)N/(L·h)。当初始氨氮浓度为200~400 mg/L时,适宜的pH为8.5,此时氨氮去除率为56.2%;当初始氨氮浓度为600mg/L以上时,废水中FA(游离氨)增加,为防止过多的FA对硝化菌产生抑制作用,pH应下调为7.5~8。
A moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)was used to construct a nitrification reactor to cultivate ammonia oxidizing bacteria resistant to high ammonia nitrogen to treat the primary biochemical effluent of coal to gas wastewater.The effluent has the characteristics of high ammonia nitrogen.The nitrification volume load(N),pH and initial ammonia nitrogen concentration(C)of the nitrification reactor were studied The results show that the optimal ammonia nitrogen load of the reactor is about 2.78mg ammonia nitrogen/(L·h).when the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration is 200~400 mg/L,the appropriate pH is 8.5,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 56.2%;when the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration is more than 600mg/L,FA(free ammonia)increased,in order to prevent too much FA from inhibiting nitrifying bacteria,the pH should be reduced to 7.5~8.
