原油罐机械化清罐污油处理后进常减压加工成套技术开发应用

Development and Application of Complete Set Technology of Oil Tank Mechanized Cleaning Tank Dirty Oil Treatment after Atmospheric Pressure Processing

中石化长岭分公司联合乙方公司开发原油清罐污油成套处理技术。通过膜强化传质净化处理撬装装置处理原油清罐污油,得到净化污油直接进常减压装置加工,油泥经油泥干化设备加工后进CFB炉掺烧,污水满足污水处理厂加工要求。净化污油进常减压装置加工后,常减压装置运行平稳,各项操作参数在可控范围内,具有较好的经济效益。

Sinopec Changling Branch and Party B company to develop a complete set of crude oil cleaning tank sewage oil treatment technology.The sludge from crude oil cleaning tank was treated by membrane enhanced mass transfer purification device,and the purified sludge was directly processed by atmospheric and vacuum device.The sludge was processed by sludge drying equipment and then mixed with CFB furnace.The wastewater met the processing requirements of sewage treatment plant.After processing,the purification oil inlet and pressure reducing device runs smoothly,and all operating parameters are in a controllable range,which has good economic benefits.
