摘要
国家大学生创新性实验计划是高等学校本科教学“质量工程”的重要组成部分。将高分子科学前沿研究成果融入大学化学综合实验教学中,将有利于培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力,对于培养创新性思维与人格都具有重要作用。为此,设计合成了基于主客体相互作用的β-环糊精接枝聚乙二醇@端偶氮苯基聚乳酸超分子聚合物,并研究了其自组装性能。通过本实验,学生可掌握从酯化、醚化、开环聚合到主客体相互作用制备超分子聚合物的原理与操作;掌握利用沉淀剂、柱层析和透析技术分离纯化高分子化合物的方法;熟悉1H核磁共振、凝胶渗透色谱、二维核磁、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱及透射电镜等结构、性能及形貌表征技术,了解自组装体的光响应性能及机理,激发学生对科学研究的兴趣。
National college students’innovative experiment plan is an important part of the“quality project”for the undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities.Integrating the research achievements of polymer scientific frontiers into the comprehensive experiment course of polymer chemistry in universities will help to train the students’ability to find and solve problems,and will play an important role in cultivating innovative thinking and innovative personality.For this,a comprehensive chemistry experiment was designed,which involved with the synthesis,self-assembly and properties ofβ-cyclodextrin grafted polyethylene glycol@azo-terminated phenyl polylactic acid(β-CD-g-mPEG@Azo-PLA)supramolecular polymers based on host-guest interactions.Through this experimental teaching,students can master the basic principles and operations of preparation of supramolecular compounds and their self-assembly from esterification,etherification,ring-opening polymerization to host-guest interaction,and master the separation and purification methods of macromolecular compounds by means of precipitation,column chromatography and dialysis.This experiment can also familiarize students with the structure,property and morphology characterization techniques including 1H NMR,gel permeation chromatography(GPC),2D NOESY 1H NMR,UV-visible spectrum,fluorescence spectrum,transmission electron microscopy,and make students understand the photoresponse performance and mechanism of the self-assemblies,and stimulate students’interest in scientific research.
