“三层次双融合”地方应用型本科高校化学化工类专业人才培养模式的探析

以地方本科院校转型为契机,安康学院化学化工类专业按照“实基础、重应用、强能力、有特色”的人才培养要求,构建了“校地校企协同培养化学分析师”的人才培养途径,以秦巴地域水、土和产品分析检测和质量监控的技术技能运用能力培养为核心,培养土水农产品化学分析师为培养目标,建立“三层次双融合”应用型化学化工类专业人才培养模式。

An opportunity of the transformation of local universities,the chemistry and chemical engineering specialty of Ankang University is in accordance with the talent cultivation requirements of“laying a solid foundation,paying attention to application,strengthening ability and characterized education”.The constructing of the talent cultivation approach of“School-School and School-Enterprise collaborative cultivation of Chemical Analysts”,with the core in the cultivation of technical skills and abilities for the analysis of water,soil and products,and detection and quality control of in region of Qinba,and the cultivation of soil,water and agricultural chemical analysts as the goal,established a training mode of“three-level and double-fusion”to applied chemistry and chemical engineering specialty.
