聚焦超声增强药物递送治疗神经退行性疾病的研究进展

摘要 目前,如何使治疗药物跨越血脑屏障(BBB)而发挥治疗作用,仍然是阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病治疗中需要解决的难题。聚焦超声(FUS)是一种能打开BBB的独特方法,通过对靶向脑区应用声波能量使BBB无创、安全、短暂、靶向性地开放,为大分子药物从全身循环进入大脑提供了途径,也为神经退行性疾病的治疗开创了新的局面。本文对FUS在神经退行性疾病治疗中的应用现状及研究进展进行综述,以期为神经退行性疾病的治疗提供参考依据。 For most treatments of major neurological diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease or Parkinson′s disease, how to provide therapeutic drugs across the blood-brain barrier(BBB) remains a problem that needs to be solved.Focused ultrasound(FUS) is a technology for BBB opening.By applying acoustic energy to the targeted brain area, the BBB can be targeted opened noninvasively, safely and temporarily, which provides a way for macromolecular drugs to enter the brain from the systemic circulation, and opens a new situation for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.This article reviewed the application status and research progress of FUS in treatment of neurodegenerative diseases in order to provide reference for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
