Ho掺杂VO_(2)纳米粒子的制备及其复合薄膜的热致调光性能

摘要 通过水热退火两步工艺制备了Ho掺杂VO_(2)(Ho_(x)VO_(2))纳米粒子,并采用辊涂法制备了Ho_(x)VO_(2)-PMMA复合薄膜,利用XRD、SEM、DSC和UV-Vis-NIR等对Ho_(x)VO_(2)粒子的晶相组成、微观形貌、相变行为及其复合薄膜的热致调光和隔热性能进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的不同Ho掺杂量的VO_(2)的主晶相均为VO_(2)(M),相变约为68℃。Ho、V摩尔比为0.02时所制备的Ho_(0.02)VO_(2)-PMMA复合薄膜呈现最高的太阳光调制能力(18.04%),且具有较好的隔热性能。 Ho-doped VO_(2)(Ho_(x)VO_(2)) nanoparticles were prepared by a two-step hydrothermal and annealing process,and Ho_(x)VO_(2)-PMMA composite films were prepared by roll coating.The crystalline phase composition,microscopic morphology,phase transition behavior of the Ho_(x)VO_(2) particles as well as thermally light-adjusting,thermal insulation properties of the composite films were characterized by XRD,SEM,DSC and UV-Vis-NIR.The results showed that the main crystalline phase of the as-prepared VO_(2) with different Ho doping amounts was VO_(2)(M),and the phase transition temperature was about 68℃.When the molar ratio of Ho and V was 2%,the as-prepared Ho_(0.02)VO_(2)-PMMA composite film showed the highest solar modulation ability(ΔT_(sol)=18.04%)and better thermal insulation performance.
