摘要
为了解决传统车间插单生产调度导致完工时间延长问题,提出一种在智能制造车间中插单动态调度的方法。以最短完成时间为目标建立数学模型,使用遗传算法(GA)进行求解。使用某企业生产的实际案例测试,结果表明完工时间减少35%,验证了所提方法的可行性并提高了生产效率。
To solve the problem of delay in completion time caused by traditional job shop scheduling,a dynamic job shop scheduling method was proposed.The mathematical model is established with the goal of minimizing the completion time,and genetic algorithm(GA) was used to solve it.An actual production case of an enterprise was used,and the results showed that the completion time was reduced by about 35%,which verified the feasibility of the proposed method and improved the production efficiency.
