摘要
目的建立LC-MS/MS法同时测定麻杏口服液中麻黄碱、甲基麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷、甘草素和阿魏酸5种成分的含量。方法麻杏口服液甲醇稀释液直接加入内标溶液后经过KLP-SPZ-002色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(含0.1%甲酸,48.75∶16.25∶35,v/v/v),流动相流速为500μL·min^(-1),质谱监测器采用ESI源,多反应监测模式,正负离子切换进行扫描。结果5种成分在测定浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率在95.6%~106.4%之间。结论本方法快速,灵敏,可以应用于麻杏口服液的常规质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an LC-MS/MS method for simultaneously determining the contents of ephedrine,methylephedrine,amygdalin,liquiritigenin and ferulic acid in MaXing oral liquid.METHODS The five target compounds in the mixed solution of the diluted MaXing oral liquid and the internal standard solution were separated on an KLP-SPZ-002 column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1%formic acid,48.75∶16.25∶35,v/v/v)delivered at a flow rate of 500μL·min^(-1).Electrospray ionization(ESI)interface and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)were applied to the positive and negative ion switching mode.RESULTS The five target compounds demonstrated good linear relationships with their recoveries kept within the ranges of 95.6%~106.4%.CONCLUSION This method is rapid and sensitive,and can be used for the quality control of MaXing oral liquid solution.
