摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定肉豆蔻酸异丙酯含量的不确定度评定方法。方法建立数学模型,采用气相色谱内标法测定肉豆蔻酸异丙酯含量,并对影响测定结果的因素进行评估。结果通过对各变量的分析,溶液配制为主要不确定度来源,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯含量的范围为(99.81±1.3)%,k=2。结论本文可为肉豆蔻酸异丙酯含量测量的不确定度评估提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish the uncertainty assessment method for the assay of isopropyl myristateby by gas chromatography.METHODS A GC internal standard method was established to evaluate the uncertainty factors affecting the determination results.RESULTS The uncertainty mainly came from solution preparation,and the determination range of isopropyl myristate was(99.81±1.3)%,k=2.CONCLUSION This study can provide a reference for the uncertainty assessment of the isopropyl myristate assay method.
