Evaluation of PIVAS System Renovation in Our Hospital

目的为提升静配中心管理水平,将PIVAS信息系统进行定制改造,检测升级后的信息系统是否能在静配管理中取得显著性提升的效果。方法通过回顾性分析方法对比升级后信息系统与原系统在各模块的优越性,对比改造前后的工作效率,对比改造前后的医嘱审核工作质量以及配置差错。结果升级后的PIVAS信息系统使得静配中心的工作流程更简洁,提升了工作效率,降低了内外差错率,实现多环节记录绩效考核,使PIVAS绩效分配更合理和公平。结论PIVAS智能化是医院药学发展的重要趋势之一,持续改进PIVAS系统使其信息化、智能化,可以为PIVAS良好的可持续性发展奠定基础。

OBJECTIVE To improve the management quality of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),the PIVAS information system was customized and reformed to test whether the upgraded information system could achieve significant improvement in PIVAS management.METHODS The work efficiency,the quality of medical order audit and configuration errors for each module in the upgraded information system and the original system were compared by retrospective analysis.RESULTS The upgraded PIVAS information system made the working process of PIVAS became more concise.It improved the work efficiency,reduced the internal and external error rate and realized many areas record performance appraisal,all of which made the performance appraisal of PIVAS became more reasonable and fair.CONCLUSION Intelligent PIVAS is one of the important trends in the development of hospital pharmacy.Continuous improvement of PIVAS system makes it become informational and intelligent.It lays a foundation for the sustainable development of PIVAS.
