摘要
以醋酸和丙二醇甲醚为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂合成丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,考察了原料醇酸配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对转化率的影响。通过实验结果分析对比,得到较佳实验反应条件:在原料酸醇配比为1.5,催化剂用量为原料总质量的3%,带水剂用量为原料总质量的15%,反应时间为3 h的工艺条件下,丙二醇甲醚的转化率达到96%以上。
The process of esterification of propylene glycol monomethyl ether(PM) with acetic acid to synthesize propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate(PMA) was investigated using NaHSOas catalyst and cyclohexane as water-carrying agent.The effects of the molar ratio of acid to PM,the amount of catalystd and water-carrying agent and reaction time on the conversion were studied.Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental results,it was found that the conversion of PM will be over 96% with the optimum conditions:molar ratio of acetic acid to PM was 1.5,weight of catalyst was 3 wt% of the total raw material,weight of water-carrying agent was 15 wt% of the total raw material,and reaction time was 3 h.
