低温乙烯储罐区蒸发气处理工艺的研究

Study on Process of Boil Off Gas Treatment in Low Temperature Ethylene Storage Tank Area

低温乙烯储罐区的主要功能是对低温乙烯进行储存和输送,在储运过程中由于储罐漏热、进液、出液等因素会产生大量的BOG,为保证储罐的安全运行和节能环保,对罐区BOG进行回收。本文以某低温乙烯储运项目为例,使用工艺模拟软件HYSYS为主要平台,探讨计算BOG回收量的方法,以及压缩机、冰机等设备的选型问题,为其他低温乙烯储运系统设计提供了参考。

The main function of low-temperature ethylene storage tank area is to store and transport low-temperature ethylene.During the storage and transportation process,a large amount of BOG will be produced due to factors such as heat leakage,liquid inlet and outlet of the storage tank.In order to ensure the safe operation of the storage tank,energy conservation and environmental protection,BOG in the tank area will be recovered.Taking a low-temperature ethylene storage and transportation project as an example,using the process simulation software HYSYS as the main platform,the method of calculating BOG recovery and the selection of compressor,ice machine and other equipment were discussed,which provided a reference for the design of other low-temperature ethylene storage and transportation systems.
