浅析煤浆质量对气化反应的影响

Influence of Coal Slurry Quality on Gasification Reaction

介绍了水煤浆制备时煤种的选择,从煤的内水含量、稳定性、粘温特性等方面综合分析煤质对气化反应的影响。分析了不同煤种下对气化生产的影响以及分析了水煤浆的质量对气化生产重要性。本文也从气化炉渣口堵塞造成渣口压差变大、气化系统水质变差造成工艺气大量带水现象以及造成设备磨损严重大大减少设备使用寿命、气化装置结垢堵塞现象严重等方面阐述了原料煤对气化生产的影响,并针对这些问题提出了合理化建议。

The selection of coal type in the preparation of coal water slurry was introduced,and the influence of coal quality on gasification reaction from the aspects of coal internal water content,stability,viscosity temperature characteristics,etc,were comprehensively analyzed.The influence of different coals on gasification production and the importance of coal water slurry quality on gasification production were analyzed.The impact of raw coal on gasification production were described from aspects such as the pressure difference at the slag outlet of the gasification furnace becomed larger due to blockage of the slag outlet,the process gas carried a large amount of water due to deterioration of the water quality of the gasification system,the severe wear and tear of the equipment,and the severe scaling and blockage of the gasification device,and reasonable suggestions for these problems were put forward.
