豫西巩义市涉村铝土矿矿床地质特征与矿石综合利用 被引量:1

摘要 豫西龙门—巩义地区是河南省铝土矿主要成矿带之一,其中巩义地区是河南省铝土矿发现最早的地区,也是豫西铝土矿成矿带的重要组成部分。目前浅部露天开采的铝土矿资源量正在逐步减少,因此寻找深部隐伏矿床即煤层下部铝土矿就十分迫切。通过地质调查、钻探工程、岩矿鉴定等方法,总结了该区铝土矿矿床地质特征。分析结果表明,该区域铝土矿赋存于上古生界上石炭统本溪组(C_(2)b),为风化作用的最终产物,属胶体化学沉积矿床,矿体连续性较好。勘查区共发现23个铝土矿矿体,其中有3个主矿体,为河南省新发现的一超大型铝土矿矿床,矿体以似层状、漏斗状及两者的复合形态为主。矿石主要矿物成分为一水硬铝石(含量45%~95%),其次为高岭石、伊利石等(含量4%~25%);含少量菱铁矿、黄铁矿、方解石、白云石等,微量矿物有锆石、磷灰石等。铝土矿矿石的主要化学成分为Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)、S及Loss(烧失量)等,占总含量的98.06%,其中伴生组分Ga、Li_(2)O含量较高,达到综合利用指标。 The Longmen-Gongyi area is one of the main bauxite metallogenic belts in Henan Province,and Gongyi district is the area where bauxite orebody is firstly discovered,and it is also an important part of the bauxite ore-forming belt in West Henan.At present,the bauxite resources in shallow open-pit mining area are gradually decreasing,so it is very urgent and important to explore for the deeply concealed deposit,the bauxite orebody under the coal seam.Through the comprehensive prospecting method of geological survey,drilling verification and rock and mineral identification,the geological characteristics of the bauxite deposit in this area are summarized.The analysis result has shown that the bauxite orebodies in the mining area are hosted in the Upper Paleozoic Benxi Formation(C_(2)b)of Carboniferous system,which are the final product of weathering process.It is a colloidal and chemical sedimentary deposit with a good orebody continuity.There are discovered for a total of 23 bauxite orebodies in the exploration area,including three main orebodies.This is a super-large-scale bauxite deposit newly discovered in Henan Province.The orebodies are mainly layered,funnel-shaped and their composite forms.The main mineral composition of the ore is diaspore(content 45%-95%),followed by kaolinite,illite,etc.(content 4%-25%),contains a small amount of siderite,pyrite,calcite,dolomite.Trace minerals include zircon,apatite,etc.The main chemical components of bauxite ore are Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),Fe_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),S and loss on ignition,etc.,accounting for 98.06%of the total content.
