不同矮化砧木对‘天红2号’苹果叶片生理、内源激素含量及果实品质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Dwarfing Rootstocks on Leaf Physiology Activity,Endogenous Hormone Content,and Fruit Quality of ’Tianhong 2’ Apple

摘要 探究不同矮化砧木对‘天红2号’短枝富士苹果叶片生理、内源激素含量及果实品质的影响,可为冀中南地区主栽短枝富士品种筛选适宜矮化砧木提供参考依据。本研究分别以SH6、青砧1号、青砧2号为自根砧,以Mark、P22、B9、M9-T337、青砧1号为中间砧,以八棱海棠为基砧,以直接嫁接‘天红2号’为试验材料,对9个砧穗组合中接穗苹果的叶片质量及叶绿素含量、叶片内源激素含量、单果重、果形指数、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量进行测定,通过隶属函数法对所有指标进行综合评价,得到各砧穗组合的综合排序为Mark>青砧1号自根砧>八棱海棠基砧>P22>青砧2号自根砧=青砧1号中间砧>SH6自根砧>M9-T337>B9。结果表明,冀中南地区以青砧1号自根砧,或以Mark为中间砧,嫁接‘天红2号’综合优点突出,可考虑作为当地首选的砧穗组合。 This paper aimed to explore the effects of different dwarfing rootstocks on the leaf physiological activities,endogenous hormone contents,and fruit qualities of ’Tianhong 2’ short-branched Fuji apple,and to provide a reliable reference for the selection of suitable dwarfing rootstocks for the main short-branch Fuji varieties in central and southern Hebei. ’Tianhong 2’ was directly grafted with SH6,Qingzhen 1,and Qingzhen 2 as self-rooted rootstocks,respectively. Malus Robusta Rehd. was as the base anvil,while Mark,P22,B9,M9-T337,and Qingzhen 1 were as interstocks. The Malus Robusta Rehd. was the rootstock,and ’Tianhong 2’ was directly grafted as the test material. The leaf weight,chlorophyll content,endogenous hormones content,single fruit weight,fruit shape index,soluble solid content,and titratable acid content of the apple leaves from these 9 kinds of rootstock-scion combinations were determined. Comprehensive evaluation on all indexes was completed through the membership grade function method. It was concluded that the comprehensive sequencing of combination was Mark > Qingzhen 1 as self-rooted rootstock > Malus Robusta Rehd. > P22 > Qingzhen 2 as self-rooted rootstock = Qingzhen 1 as inter-stock > SH6 as self-rooted rootstock > M9-T337 > B9. It indicated that ’Tianhong 2’ was better grafted with Qingzhen 1 as the self-rooted rootstock,or with Mark as the inter-stock should be the alternative rootstock kinds,which can be considered as the preferred rootstock-scion combinations for apple cultivation in the central and southern Hebei.
