摘要
针对我国现有圆捆机自动化程度低、多依靠工作人员手动控制,草捆质量不高等问题,在9YG-1.3型圆捆机上,采用机电液一体化技术,设计了一套圆捆机打捆过程控制监测系统。液压系统实现后仓门开启、关闭及草捆密度的调节;PLC控制系统利用压力传感器以及电液比例溢流阀实现液压系统压力的调节,利用电磁三位四通换向阀以及电磁离合器实现油路换向以及捆绳的闭环控制;触摸屏终端作为人机交互界面,实现液压系统压力的设定和实时显示。系统实现了圆捆机草捆密度调节以及打捆过程的自动化,提高了草捆质量,简化了操作流程。试验表明:该系统工作安全可靠,草捆成捆率达到100%,草捆外层更加紧密,液压系统压力可实现8~16 MPa自由调节。
In order to solve the problems including low automation degree,reliance on the manual control by staff,low working efficiency,and low bale quality,a set of control and monitoring system for the baling process of the round baler was designed based on the 9YG-1. 3 round baler,by using the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration technology. The test bench was mainly composed of three parts,i. e.,the hydraulic system,the PLC control system,and the touch screen terminal. The hydraulic system realized the opening and closing of the rear door of the round baler,the adjustment of bale density. The system was developed on the test platform of 9YG-1. 3 round baler produced by Mongtuo Agricultural Machinery Company. Two motors were used to drive the round baler and the conveyor separately,and two frequency converters controlled the speed of the steel roller and the feeding speed of the forage,respectively. The process of bundling operation of the round baler was well simulated. Before the test,the input signal of the pressure sensor was calibrated through the PLC operation command,and the conversion accuracy was about ±0. 03 MPa. The baling test was conducted by using the alfalfa material with the moisture content of 25%,it showed that the system worked safely and reliably,and realized the automation of the baling process,simplified the operation procedure. The baling rate reached 100%,the outer layer of the bale was more compact,and the bale quality was improved. The pressure of the hydraulic system could be freely adjusted from8 to 16MPa,making the bale density adjustable.
