畜禽粪污控温控湿固液分离装置的工艺设计与研究

Design of Solid-liquid Separation Device with Controllable Temperature and Humidity for Livestock and Poultry Manure

固液分离是养殖业粪污资源化利用的一个重要环节,这个环节处理得好坏,直接影响到后续的资源化综合利用。为了很好的控制固液分离中固态部分的温度和湿度,本文研究了粪污控温控湿固液分离装置。该装置是一种高效率低能耗可调控的固液分离装置,可用于养殖场禽畜粪便的固液分离(猪粪、鸡粪、牛粪等)以及沼渣液的固液分离。

Solid-liquid separation is an important part in the utilization of the manure in the breeding industry,which directly affects the subsequent comprehensive utilization of the resources. In order to well control the temperature and humidity of the solid part in the solid-liquid separation,a temperature-controlling and humidity-controlling solid-liquid separation device was studied in this paper. The device had the characteristics with a high efficiency,a low energy consumption,and adjustable,which could be used for the solid-liquid separation of livestock manure(pig manure,chicken manure,cow manure,etc.)and biogas residue liquid.
