山东省农业节水现状及发展建议

Current Situation and Development Suggestion of Agricultural Water Saving in Shandong

在山东省农业节水技术现状的基础上系统分析了现阶段农业生产者对节水认知程度不足、缺乏配套用水制度、工程管护不到位等5项问题,提出加强培训、调整种植结构、建立有效的管护组织、非常规水利用等8项建议。总结出山东省未来农业节水要“以管理、意识为主,工程、开源为辅”的发展新思路。

On the basis of the current situation of the agricultural water saving technology in Shandong Province,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the 5 issues of insufficient cognitive degree of the agricultural producers in water-saving,the lack of supporting water usage system,and shortage of the engineering management.Accordingly,it puts forward 8 suggestions such as strengthening training,adjustment of planting structure,establishment of an effective management organization,unconventional water utilization and so on.At last,the paper summarizes the new development thinking of agricultural water saving in Shandong Province in the future,which should be based on management and awareness-raising,supplemented by engineering and source-exploration.
