滨州市村级供水管网升级改造存在问题与建议

Existing Problems and suggestions in the Upgrading of Village Water Supply Network in Binzhou

滨州市开展农村供水工作已有30多年,村级管网老化严重,近几年群众反馈供水热线问题直线增长,村级管网更新换代急需进行。2019年以来,滨州市按照先急后缓的原则,逐步改造村庄275个,解决农村饮水安全人口19.2万。本文通过分析村级管网升级改造实施过程中遇到的部分困难与问题,提出对策与建议。

In Binzhou Municipality,the rural water supply has been carried out for more than 30 years,which results in the aging problems in the existing village pipe network.In recent years,the public problem feedback through water supply hotline grows sharply because the village pipe network upgrading is in urgent need.Since 2019,in accordance with the principle of"urgent first",it has implemented upgrading works in275 villages gradually,ensuring drinking water safety for population of 192,000 in rural areas.This paper makes introduction and analysis on the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of upgrading the village pipe network,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
