PBT基材玻纤增强高韧高拉拔力纳米注塑材料开发

摘要 随着消费类电子对材料轻量化、一体化的要求越来越高,PBT基材纳米注塑(NMT)材料得到了广泛的应用,但是也存在着材料韧性不高,与金属结合力不强,产品易翘曲等待改善点。本文研究了高低粘度PBT基体树脂对材料性能的影响;PC,PCTG等非晶聚合物的加入对机械性能、热变形温度、与金属结合力的影响;研究了TPEE、EEA、EMA、GMA-EMA类增韧剂对PBT基材玻纤增强材料力学性能的影响;研究了PBT专用普通短切玻璃纤维以及专用扁平短切玻璃纤维对材料抗翘曲性能以及力学性能的影响;研究了扁平玻纤添加量以及添加位置对材料性能的影响。实验表明,使用低粘度的PBT复配15 wt%的PC比单独使用低粘度PBT或低粘度PBT+PCTG、高粘度PBT+PC有更优的机械性能和金属结合力;使用TPEE、EEA、GMA-EMA的组合有比单独使用某一种增韧剂更优的增韧效果,当重量比为2.5 wt%,2 wt%,3.5 wt%时,材料有最优的缺口冲击强度;使用扁平玻纤的材料比普通玻纤拥有更佳的强度,抗翘曲性能和与金属的结合力;从双螺杆挤出机的六区加入扁平玻纤会比从四区加入玻纤有更优异的力学性能;含20 wt%、30 wt%、40 wt%扁平玻纤的材料,力学性能随着玻纤含量提高而提高,都拥有较高的金属结合力,可根据不同的应用选择不同玻纤含量的材料。 With the increasing requirements of consumer electronics for lightweight and integration of materials,PBT based nano-molding(NMT)materials have been widely used,but there are also problems such as low toughness of materials,weak adhesion with metals,easy warpage which need be improved.The effects of high and low viscosity PBT base resin on material properties and the effects of amorphous polymers such as PC and PCTG on mechanical properties,thermal deformation temperature and adhesion to metal were studied;The effects of TPEE,EEA,EMA and GMA-EMA toughening agents on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced materials based on PBT were studied;The effects of ordinary chopped glass fiber for PBT and special flat chopped glass fiber on the warpage resistance and mechanical properties of the material were studied;The effects of the amount and position of flat glass fiber on the properties of the material were studied.The experiment shows that using low viscosity PBT combined with 15 wt%PC has better mechanical properties and metal adhesion than using low viscosity PBT alone or low viscosity PBT+PCTG and high viscosity PBT+PC;The combination of TPEE,EEA and GMA-EMA has better toughening effect than that used alone;When the weight ratio is 2.5 wt%,2 wt%and 3.5 wt%,the material has the best notch impact strength;The material using flat glass fiber has better strength,warpage resistance and adhesion with metal than ordinary glass fiber;Adding flat glass fiber from the sixth zone of the extruder has better mechanical properties than adding glass fiber from the fourth zone;The mechanical properties of materials containing 20 wt%,30 wt%and 40 wt%flat glass fiber increase with the increase of glass fiber content,and they all have high metal bonding force;Materials with different glass fiber content can be selected according to different applications.
