斑马鱼模型在化妆品保湿功效评价中的应用

Application of Zebrafish Model in the Evaluation of Moisturizing Effect of Cosmetics

斑马鱼表皮具有一定的渗透压耐受范围,超过耐受范围将产生脱水现象,因此使用斑马鱼为模型,建立化妆品保湿功效评价的替代方法。使用空白对照、模型对照、阳性对照、三款面膜配方的1%浓度处理斑马鱼15 min,通过检测不同组斑马鱼尾鳍长度的变化,计算斑马鱼尾部长度收缩率,并用GraphPad Prism 8.0软件统计处理数据,分析各组之间数据的差异显著性。结果显示模型对照组可成功诱导斑马鱼幼虫发生脱水反应,阳性对照组可以抑制模型对照组的脱水反应,三款面膜1%浓度下有潜在保湿作用,斑马鱼模型可用于化妆品保湿功效的评价。

Zebrafish epidermis has an osmotic pressure tolerance range,otherwise will be dehydrated.Zebrafish were treated for 15 minutes with blank control,model control、positive control and 1%concentration of three mask formulations,and the tail length contraction rate of zebrafish was calculated.The data were statistically processed with GraphPad Prism 8.0 software,Analyze the significant difference of data between groups.The Model Control Group could induce dehydration of zebrafish larvae,the positive control group could inhibit dehydration of model control group,1%concentration of three mask have potential moisturizing effect.The zebrafish model could be used to evaluate the moisturizing effect of cosmetics.
