保留时间对正源方药渣生物炭吸附对硝基苯酚的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:使正源方药渣得到资源化利用。方法:以中药复方正源方药渣为碳化原料,在600摄氏度高温下热解,研究保留1小时、3小时、6小时的生物炭对对硝基苯酚的吸附特性,研究不同初始浓度和不同的吸附时间、吸附温度条件下,保留时间对正源方药渣生物炭吸附性能的影响。结果:保留时间为1 h的正源方生物炭在刚开始时吸附速度较其他两种略慢,随着反应的进行,吸附效率介于3 h和6 h之间。同样的保留时间下,生物炭的投加量影响吸附量,投加量小的吸附量大。在保留时间1 h,生物炭投加量为2.5 g/L时,达到最大吸附量13.07mg/g。温度对吸附的影响不大。结论:正源方药渣生物炭是一种很好的PNP吸附剂,不同热解保留时间对正源方药渣生物炭吸附PNP的影响有所不同,3 h制备的生物炭对PNP的吸附最迅速。 Purpose:To make the dregs of Zhengyuan Recipe available for resource utilization.Method:Using traditional Chinese medicine compound Zhengyuan prescription dregs as carbonized raw materials,pyrolyzing at 600 degrees Celsius high temperature,studying the adsorption characteristics of p-nitrophenol by biochar retained for 1 hour,3 hours,and 6 hours,and studying different initial concentrations and different The effect of retention time on the adsorption performance of Zhengyuan prescription medicine residue biochar under the conditions of adsorption time and adsorption temperature.Results:The adsorption speed of Zhengyuan prescription biochar with a retention time of 1 h was slightly slower than the other two at the beginning.As the reaction progressed,the adsorption efficiency was between 3 h and 6 h.Under the same retention time,the dosage of biochar affects the adsorption capacity,and the adsorption capacity is small when the dosage is small.At the retention time of 1h,when the dosage of biochar was 2.5 g/L,the maximum adsorption capacity was 13.07 mg/g.Temperature has little effect on adsorption.Conclusion:Zhengyuan prescription drug residue biochar is a good PNP adsorbent.Different pyrolysis retention time has different effects on the adsorption of PNP by Zhengyuan prescription drug residue biochar.The biochar prepared in 3 hours can adsorb PNP most quickly.
