Analysis and Advances on Treatment Technologies of Industrial VOCs

挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)是形成PM、近地面臭氧和光化学烟雾等大气复合污染物的重要前驱体,工业VOCs防治已成为我国大气污染治理的重要任务。综述了现有工业VOCs处理技术,包括以吸附法、吸收法、冷凝法、膜分离法为主的回收技术,以燃烧法、光化学氧化法、生物降解法、低温等离子法为主的销毁技术以及集成组合治理技术,阐述了各类技术的工作原理、工艺流程和适用范围,指出了未来工业VOCs治理技术的发展趋势。

Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)could be the precursors for the formation of photochemical smog,ground level ozone and fine particles in the air.The prevention and control of industrial VOCs has become an important task of air pollution control in China.In this paper,the existing industrial VOCs treatment technologies are reviewed,including the recycling technologies based on adsorption,absorption,condensation methods,membrane separation,the destruction technologies based on combustion,photochemical oxidation,biodegradation,low-temperature plasma methods and various combined technologies in the treatment of VOCs.The working principle,technological process and scope of application of various technologies are expounded.Additionally,the future development trend of industrial VOCs treatment technology is predicted.
