Analysis on the Industrialized Treatment of Kitchen Waste by Black Soldier Flies

黑水虻,腐生性的水虻科昆虫,其幼虫用于处理有机废物,如动物粪便、植物残渣以及餐厨垃圾等。以黑水虻为基础的餐厨垃圾处理被认为是一种可持续的资源化技术。在处理过程中,餐厨垃圾转化为蛋白质、油脂和多肽,可用于医药、化学品精炼和饲料制造。本文对国内当前黑水虻处理餐厨垃圾厂家案例调研,为黑水虻工业化和餐厨垃圾资源化提供参考依据。

Black soldier fly,saprophytic insect,their larvae are used to process organic wastes such as animal manure,plant residues and kitchen waste.Kitchen waste treatment based on black soldier flies is considered as a sustainable resource technology.During the treatment process,kitchen waste is converted into proteins,oils and peptides,which can be used in pharmaceuticals,chemical refining and feed manufacturing.This paper investigates the case study of the current domestic black soldier flies processing kitchen waste manufacturers,and provides a reference for the industrialization of black soldier flies and the recycling of kitchen waste.
