三氯化铁在废水中絮凝性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对不同pH值、药剂投加量、搅拌时间、静置沉淀时间等影响因素的考察,对废水中三氯化铁絮凝性能进行研究。结果表明:采用三氯化铁来絮凝沉淀含磷模拟废水时,当pH值为5~6,投加量为理论值3倍,搅拌时间20 min,静置沉淀1 h后能达到最好的处理效果;采用三氯化铁来絮凝沉淀含重金属模拟废水时,当pH值为10,投加量为40 mg/L,搅拌时间10 min,静置沉淀1 h后能达到最好的处理效果。 The flocculation performance of ferric chloride in wastewater was studied by investigating the influencing conditions such as different pH value,reagent dosage,stirring time and static sedimentation time.The results show that when ferric chloride is used to flocculate and precipitate phosphorus containing simulated wastewater,the best treatment effect can be achieved when the pH value is 5~6,the dosage is 3 times the theoretical value,the stirring time is 20 min,and the static precipitation is 1H;When ferric chloride is used to flocculate and precipitate the simulated wastewater containing heavy metals,the best treatment effect can be achieved when the pH value is 10,the dosage is 40 mg/L,the stirring time is 10min,and the precipitation is still for 1H.
