大湾区某新建全地下式污水处理工程设计案例

摘要 大湾区某新建地下污水处理工程设计采用“多段AAO+二沉池+深度处理+紫外消毒”工艺,设计处理规模为5万m^(3)/d,出水执行标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准中的较严值及地方标准的更严值。同时,基于土地资源紧缺问题和周边生态环境绿色可持续发展的考虑,该新建污水处理工程采用全地下式建设形式。本新建全地下污水处理工程前期投资成本略高于传统性地上污水处理工程,但后期运营成本低于同类型全地下污水处理工程,具有一定参考价值。 A new underground sewage treatment project in the Greater Bay Area(GBA)adopted the“multi-stage AAO+secondary sedimentation tank+advanced treatment+ultraviolet disinfection”process.The designed treatment scale is 50,000 m^(3)/d,and the effluent discharge standard is the stricter value in the first-level A standard and the stricter value in the local standard of“Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard”(GB18918-2002).At the same time,considering the shortage of land resources and the green and sustainable development of the surrounding ecological environment,the new sewage treatment project adopts the full underground construction form.In this design,the initial investment cost of the new fully underground sewage treatment project is slightly higher than the traditional above-ground sewage treatment project.However,the later operation cost is lower than the same type of fully underground sewage treatment project,which has certain reference value.
