摘要 近年来农药超标已成为餐桌上的一大问题,人们日常食用的瓜果、蔬菜、大米等在种植过程中会通过施用农药来减轻农作物病虫害、提高农产品质量以达到农业增收目的。但为了追求高产而过量的使用农药造成农药大量残留蓄积,不仅污染生态环境,而且对人体健康造成严重威胁。食品安全市场监督抽检越来越关注食品中的农药残留问题,对农产品农药残留的检测工作认真执行。化学分析法作为食品安全检测的有效方法广泛应用于食品检验部门,而农药残留化学检测技术的准确性与高效性也亟待提高,因此,对于使用化学分析法测定植物源性食品中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的研究进展进行综述,为提高检测准确性与高效性提供参考。 In recent years,excessive pesticides have become a major problem on the table.The fruits,vegetables,rice,etc.that people eat daily will use pesticides in the planting process to reduce crop diseases and insect pests,improve the quality of agricultural products,and achieve the purpose of increasing agricultural income.However,excessive use of pesticides in pursuit of high yield results in the accumulation of a large number of pesticide residues,which not only pollutes the ecological environment,but also poses a serious threat to human health.Food safety market supervision and sampling inspections have paid more and more attention to the problem of pesticide residues in food,and the inspection of pesticide residues in agricultural products has been carefully implemented.As an effective method for food safety testing,chemical analysis is widely used in food inspection departments,the accuracy and efficiency of chemical detection technology for pesticide residues also need to be improved.Therefore,this paper reviews the research progress of the determination of carbamate pesticide residues in plant-derived foods by chemical analysis,and provides a reference for improving the detection accuracy and efficiency.
