摘要
5F-MDMB-PICA和MDMB-FUBICA属于新型合成大麻素,且均具有吲哚酰胺结构,建立一种液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定上述2种吲哚酰胺类新型合成大麻素方法。液相色谱选用色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(1.7μm,2.1 mm×100 mm),流动相0.2%甲酸乙腈溶液和0.2%甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱;采用ESI离子源正离子方式,多反应监测模式(MRM)进行定量分析。结果表明,该方法对5F-MDMB-PICA和MDMB-FUBICA的测定在0.1~20 ng/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.05 ng/mL(S/N≧3),定量限为0.1 ng/mL(S/N≧10),日内精密度和日间精密度均小于6%。该方法准确可靠、重复性好,能够满足实际案件中对合成大麻素测定的实际需要。
To develop a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of novel synthetic cannabis 5F-MDMB-PICA and MDMB-FUBICA which both have indoleamide structure.The suitable liquid chromatography column was ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(1.7μm,2.1 mm×100 mm),and the mobile phase was 0.2%formic acid acetonitrile solution and 0.2%formic acid aqueous solution for gradient elution.Data was acquired using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode with positive ESI.The calibration curves of 5F-MDMB-PICA and MDMB-FUBICA displayed good linear in the range of 0.1~20 ng/mL with the detection limit was 0.05 ng/mL(S/N≧3),and the quantification limit was 0.1 ng/mL(S/N≧10).The intra-day and inter-day precisions were both less than 6%.An accurate and simple method was established to determine novel indoleamide synthetic cannabis 5F-MDMB-PICA and MDMB-FUBICA,which can meet the actual demand for the determination of synthetic cannabis in legal cases.
