摘要
本文建立振荡提取-气相色谱质谱法测试土壤中多环芳烃的方法。土壤经二氯甲烷/丙酮(V︰V=1︰1)振荡萃取,提取液净化浓缩后,气相色谱质谱联用仪检测,保留时间和特质离子定性,内标法定量。8种多环芳烃在1~20 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(RRF<10%),检出限为0.04~0.07 mg/kg,回收率范围62.0%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围4.01%~9.52%。该方法简便可靠、可供批量生产、生产成本低,适用于土壤中多环芳烃含量的分析。
A method for the determination of PAHs in soil was developed by using vibration extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The soil was extracted by dichloromethane/acetone(V︰V=1︰1)oscillating extraction,and the extracted liquid was purified and concentrated,and then detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.Qualitative analysis was performed by using retention time and characteristic ion,and quantitative by internal standard method.The linearity of 8 PAHs were good in the range of 1~20 mg/L(RRF<10%),the detection limit was 0.04~0.07 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 62.0%~104%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 4.01%~9.52%.This method is simple,reliable and suitable for the analysis of PAHs in soil with mass production and lower production cost.
