建筑陶瓷砖釉面晶花装饰效果的研究

随着消费者对生活水平要求不断提高,对于作为装饰材料的陶瓷砖产品,消费者不仅注重产品内在的质量,同时也更加注重其内在的装饰、艺术价值。由于结晶釉具有独特的晶体效果,同时晶体之间变化过度自然,形成的晶花效果更是具有绚丽多彩、美丽雅致等艺术风格,在市场中深受广大消费者的喜爱。笔者通过釉料配方研究,在配方中引入锆英石作为主要晶核剂,再通过萤石、磷酸钙促进锆英石的分相、成核、析晶,同时对比窑炉不同烧成制度对析晶大小的影响,使得陶瓷砖釉面在经过烧制后,形成肉眼可见的晶花装饰效果。

Based on the glaze formulation research, the introduction of zircon as the main nucleation agent in the formula, and then promote split phase of zircon by fluorite, calcium phosphate, nucleation and crystallization, at the same time, the different kiln firing system influence on the size of the crystallization, making brick of pottery and porcelain glaze after firing, form the crystal flower adornment effect visible to the naked eye.
