摘要
笔者主要研究了以工业钛白粉、方解石、石英等为主要原料,采用合理的配方组成,制备了中高温陶瓷乳浊釉,该乳浊釉在太阳光波段具有较高的反射率,这是由于在烧成的过程中生成了大量的具有高折射率的钛榍石晶相,提高乳浊效果的同时增强了釉面对可见光和近红外光波的反射。
The article studied the medium and high temperature opaque glaze by using titanium oxide, silicon and calcite as raw materials. This kind of glaze has good performance of reflection to solar light. It found that reflectance value of ceramic was improved by generating plenty of titanite crystal in glaze, by which can effectively improve the reflection to visible-near infrared light and enhance the opalescence.
