聚氨酯改性沥青的路用性能研究与应用

摘要 通过高速剪切工艺制备了不同掺量的聚氨酯改性沥青,测试聚氨酯改性沥青的针入度、软化点,低温延度、135℃布氏旋转黏度、软化点差以评价其基本性能、施工和易性和热存储稳定性。借助动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对聚氨酯改性沥青流变性能进行评价,利用相位角δ、复数模量G^(*)评价不同改性剂掺量的沥青高温性能和抗应力剪切能力。结果表明,聚氨酯改性沥青的高温性能,较基质沥青有较大提升,但低温性能稍有下降;当聚氨酯掺量为2%~4%时,改性沥青的和易性均能满足施工要求;同时,相比于其他聚合物改性沥青,聚氨酯改性沥青的热存储稳定性表现优异。 This paper prepared the polyurethane-modified asphalt with different dosages by high-speed shearing process,and then tested the penetration,softening point,low-temperature ductility,135℃ Brinell rotational viscosity,and softening point difference to evaluate the fundamental performance,workability of construction,and thermal-storage stability.The rheological properties of the polyurethane-modified asphalt,and the high-temperature performance and stress shear resistance of the asphalt with different dosages were evaluated by the dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),phrase angle δ,and complex modulus G^(*),respectively.The results show that,compared with the matrix asphalt,the polyurethane-modified asphalt has a great improvement in high-temperature performance,but a slight decrease in low-temperature performance.When the dosage of the polyurethane is 2% to 4%,the workability of the modified asphalt can meet the construction requirements.Besides,compared with modified asphalt by other polymers,the polyurethane-modified asphalt has excellent thermal-storage stability.
